Our Election Campaign Signs are Very Convincing!
Mrs. Buck's update for November 29th 2006
We started our Wednesday off with spelling activities. At library, Mrs. McGonigal read us the story A Giraffe and A Half. It was hilarious! What a mouthful! After reviewing our homework, we finished up our Unit 2 Assessment in Reading. It’s so nice to finish those big tests. Computer Class with Mrs. Nolan followed recess. A new graphing program helped us organize information into graphs. After lunch, we read some of our new story: What Do Authors Do? In math, we began multiplying by 5’s. If you know how to count by fives, these can be easy as pie. In religion, we wrote about how we are going to be peacemakers in preparation for our first Friday mass. You should see our campaign signs and slogans from social studies. Who would you vote for? At the end of the day, we read Charlotte’s Web. We are nearly at the end!
