After a morning of reviewing verbs, we headed over to the library.  Mrs. Devine finished up our story about the littlest angel.  The angel gave Jesus his most prized possessions, which meant more than all the other gifts.  After library, we took our religion test on the Sacraments of Healing and Service.  In phonics, we worked with suffixes and base words.  Some of us need to be more careful reading directions!  The new center activities that we will start in January after our Christmas break sound so exciting!  We can hardly wait until we can work on them.  Mrs. Buck enjoyed reading one of her favorite books:  How the Grinch Stole Christmas.  It’s such a classic tale, filled with humor and rhyme.  After recess, we had computer class with Mrs. Nolan.  In the afternoon, we worked on missing factors in math class.  We also reviewed for our math test tomorrow.  In social studies, we took our quiz on Our Leaders.
