Our day began with a Word Ladder and some math calendar work.  We explored a brand new topic in math:  long division.  We will work more with this next year, but it’s important to start now.  We enjoyed the challenge questions Mrs. Buck gave us also.  After recess, we reviewed for our religion exam.  It was amazing to see just how much we learned this year!  A game of Buggo was fun.  After lunch, we read our SSR books.  Then, we completed some review sheets for our Math exam.  In science, we performed an experiment where we made Flubber.  At the end of the day, we wrote about our favorite topics in third grade.  Mrs. Buck also wanted to know of any changes we would have made this year.  It helps her prepare for next year.  Our input is very valuable.
