The Wonderful Word of the Day today was: thorough. Can you name a time when you had to be very thorough? After reviewing our homework and working on spelling activities, we met at the carpet to discuss today’s plans and learn about dentistry tools. Our spelling test came next, followed by our reading comprehension test on Leah’s Pony. In religion, we worked on our Seventh Station: Jesus Falls the Second Time. In math, we practiced our Slinky Sevens song for the Talent Show and also worked on our last timed test on the 4’s facts. We discussed the food pyramid and healthy foods. It was fun to decide where different foods belong on the food pyramid. Stations of the Cross at church was a beautiful way to remember Jesus. After lunch, we prepared for the Talent Show. Everyone really did a great job showcasing their unique talents. Our pirate song was a huge hit! Have a fantastic weekend!
