We had a magical Friday!  Our Question of the Day today was:  Have you ever jumped in a pile of leaves?  After our morning meeting, we had Writers’ Workshop.  Miss Sharon reminded us about writing on our pages from the left to the right and trying to line up our words.  After recess and snack, we had language arts.  “No Moon, No Milk” was a fun book!  We reviewed some letter sounds and practiced the lowercase “u.”  Identifying vowels and consonants using a T Chart followed.  Our phonics pages also involved the concept of vowels and consonants.  In the afternoon, we had art and made pumpkin sculptures. Our journal topic today was:  “I would use a magic want to…”  Have a marvelous weekend!
